MMRF has went about the medical records business while the old biotech assets(?) are waiting in the wings. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=29649415

FVRL 0.10, -0.05, -33.8%) were still in freefall, down almost 40% to 10 cents a share. The stock was crushed Tuesday after it announced it was pulling the plug on its lead drug candidate due to disappointing Phase III clinical results. Favrille shares had been trading at almost $2 a share earlier this month. On Thursday, Favrille said it will lay off 132 of its 144 employees, including six of its eight executive officers, as a result of the product termination. The employees will be officially terminated on June 6. Favrille added the remaining employees will focus on managing the company's cash, assets and technology "for the benefit of Favrille's creditors and shareholders." End of Story
