The entire BOD picked the nulcear option. The judge didnt' seem to single anyone out. ALL were equally responsible for the demise of what happened. All were responsible for their own court costs as well, which further shows no single person was to blame, other than all couldn't come to an agreement outside the court.
The judge in the pre-trial conference indicated repeatedly work it out, work it out...work it out. Obviously both sides couldn't work it out, and guess what, ALL are responsible for the end result.
Lastly, please show where DW had 6 provisional directors to choose from, by my count of avialble information, there weren't six. On the flip-side, CT and KP could have also picked any of DW's choices for provisional directors as well. It's a two-way street, with two-way blames all around.
