The 10-K will not be out anytime soon. The company has never got a quarterly report out in time. Historical data shows that the report for period ending December 31st does not come out untill April. The NT 10-K to say they will be filing late should be here at the end of March.

The Data below taken from OTCMarkets.com, show a very consistent pattern for the filing of their reports. At this point in time all Quarterly reports for the period ending Dec. 31, are first filed a NT 10-K on Mar. 31. and the 10-K gets filed Apr. 15th-30th.
