The best case scenario would be to monitize the $65M out to $22M and about $5M for the shell for a total of $27M which equates to a PPS of .005.

not even close....1000-1 REVERSE SPLIT will do what??...or 6billion shares trying to get out @.005 NOT EVEN GONNA HAPPEN!003 and below !! even if that
