Here's the scoop on his company ITEC, which turned into Dalrada, which turned into Solvis:

At the same time that ITEC was going down the tubes, he was running another corporation in the UK with the same name:

I've seen this with other companies - I think this is how the money is moved off shore.
And just like BONAR is merging his SOLVIS into STTN, he merged GRLC into ITEC
Mr. Brian Bonar, CEO of Imaging Technologies and Chairman of the Board of
Greenland Corporation stated, "This is another example of the benefits
generated from the combining of resources and expertise of ITEC and Greenland.
I believe Imaging Technologies and Greenland will become substantial providers
of personnel services and financial services in California and other states."

Here's a clue to how it works, and where do you think the assets of these companies disappeared to??
As a former administrative employee of this group of companies I personally witnessed fraudulent, misleading, and "doctored" financial and insurance, and marketing information being provided to smaller non-public companies to entice them to trade their stock for the stock of the companies listed in this report.
After the smaller companies' stock was 100% "acquired" by the companies, officers, and directors of the companies listed in this report the cash and assets were systematically stripped out of the companies and when nothing was left the employees were terminated and the company closed.

Here's a five year chart of Dalrada, see any similarities between it an the STTN chart I just posted?
