The OTS (OCC) and the FDIC are toast in this case! It would be wise for them to offer a settlement in the range of 250-500 million dollars before the national media gets a hold of the story unfolding here. Once the national media has their hands on this the settlement figure will be MUCH HIGHER!

On another note my goal is to accumlate 2-5 millions shares and I must say its a challenge to get shares on this one without raising to many eyebrows. I'm happy to say though it was a successfull week.
