If the company can make a deal with the right buyer to monetize the $64M dollar NOL on the books then this stock could easily be worth a lot more to a current share holder. The shell is supposedly worth a few mill as well.

It pretty much costs nothing to hold it for a couple of more months to see if the current BOD can make this newest endeaver happen. You have until the end of 2012 to take your loss for this year so really no financial reason not to wait unless your strapped for the cash for your next latte at McDonalds. Starbucks seems out of reach for now......LOL

If the BOD can get 65% of the NOL monetized the PPS works out to about .008 on the outstanding shares.
