Just to refresh, hear is the way all the pieces fit together in my little pea brain-

No reason to do a r/s unless it is to make for a attractive share structure for a new company rolling into the SNRY "shell"!

SNRY hasn't added 1 free trading share in months even though they still have a few million they could add.

Per the 10k merger/acquisition was to close on December 31st.

SNRY website down and under construction in the beginning of January. No reason for that except it's being revamped due to the merger and will be unveiled when the merger is announced.

Once the r/s is approved thru Finra we see the super8k and the revamped website back online!!

Go figure...a government agency holding up the process, never heard of that before!!lol

Our time is near....just my thoughts.....good luck to all!!
