all depends on how the lawsuit shakes out.. we need settlements not appeals... if the appeals happen we will be on the fence in not able to sign new clients or they will be hestitent to choose untill the dust settles.

which means no new income with a large loan looming over head. I think we may be closer to 19M outstanding now. dillution is at min. but it is still there. so if they are doing it now with the income they make.. it makes me think they will continue because the income is not enough to support the buisness.
