That's a good point RockQQ - because as we can see, the government really isn't running the country of Mexico anymore. Seems like the drug cartels are. Their government is spineless and weak and I would think that to be of concern for BORK and any employees who would work there. The whole idea is interesting though, at the very least. If nothing else...maybe this can at least get the PPS back up around $2 to $3. Time will tell.
