I was the one who asked Churak. In the description of the contest it says:
The Membership Drive Competition (MDC) is a cash-prize contest running until Midnight Eastern 1/31/2003.
To me that sounded like it ends tomorrow night one minute after 11:59 PM because that would be midnight 1/31/2003.
