For anyone that bought the Wahuq shares: I just called the wamu lawyer security firm and just got the answer for the deadline and distribution. The deadline for the vote is Feb 6, 2012. But you have 1 year to send in your release to get your distribution. I just confirmed that with the ameritrade corporation action and they said this is new to them and they will correct this and will notice their workers.
I received below message a week ago in my email from ameritrade but don't rely on this because it wrong. You have 1 year to get your release in for the class below which under category "A" and for class P, K and Q you have until the 23 to get your release in to get the distribution.
