What do you think will be in the 10-K that will bring this to 0.001+? They only thing the company has done since the last 10-Q was increase shares and debt. Also the company has never filed a 10-Q or 10-K on time, so we will most likely get a NT 10-K sometime in the near future. Last years NT 10-K came out at the end of March, and the actual report wasn't posted untill April 15th.
