Put this in persepective. They have yet to get financing. They have a promising product and everyone who invest is simply handing over money to help them stay afloat ( yes paying their salaries and all ) to get this product to the market so we investors can get good returns. This is how all investments work in particuarly with start ups.

Until they get any real support and financing from deep pockets, we the small investers are keeping them afloat. What is so hard to understand about this?
It is not really fair to cry "scam" and "fraud" when this is the reality investers face when putting money up hoping the product does work and gets to the market.
I DO NOT believe this is a scam, otherwise if it is, it will go down as the most elaborate conspiracy/scam every pulled off in the history of the market. There are too many people involved to pull something like that off and I do not believe all of there PR's are lies and false pretenses. They could not get through all the cracks unscathed by the watch dogs this long this easily. IMHO.
