'News Blackout' is not 'quiet period'. 'Quiet Period' is a term specifically used to describe what others have said already (imposed due to contracts, ipo, etc etc). 'News Blackout' seems to imply he has nothing new to report, which is why we see no PR but we seem to still get pictures daily (no 'blackout' on pics)?
