Dang, I hate to use the "lie" word, but what other word applies?

Maybe "patience" - the word I got, true or not, was that a "source" at the SEC said last week that it had been approved and the notification was in the mail. Makes some sense, since it would take a few days to get the actual certificate of acceptance wouldn't it? NVEI couldn't announce it in a pr until they had received the actual hard copy.

at any rate, at least it's over - no more excuses now.
