by no means a settlement is reached from ICM.. Now the problem is
the other infringers that have guarentee protection from ICM sheilding them from a settlement.

basicaly this is the beginning of the end for ICM... Not only will the infringers have to pay but that now transfers over to ICM which will have to pay there clients back what ever they have lost.

its kinda slick because it keeps none of the infringers from jumping ship and strenghten the positon of GS.... For the the rest of the infringers they have nothing to lose because ICM is on the hook. with all that I still see a another R/S because this will get strung out for a couple years. MOO

but who knows??? maybe you can flip like totaltruth and make that 300 a day untill then
