The company in the person of McConnell reported that it received notice of default.

Did not confirm nor deny. Just said that it got notice.

Did not say from whom. Did say for how much..APPROX..

Someone said that CDEX will be here at the end of the year?? Sure about that? WHITE HORSES ON THE WAY??

Company already claims danger of Chapter 7.

CEO is an expert on CHAP 7 if nothing else. Been there did that 2 times??
