I'll tell you what I have learned. in the last 5 months, I believe that they have been moving to San Francisco, the address, and phone number has changed, that's probably why people can't get hold of anybody. The new address is in the heart of San Francisco's Financial District, not Georgia. I think people are preparing for acquisition news. the 8-k of 10-17 illustrates a contract where the conditions for conversion of warrants that need to be met is a down payment for acquisition. Also, should note that any acquisition of more than 4.99% of a security is considered an intent to acquire. I have no idea who this guy Constantin Zdarsky is, but 21% of the company is held by insiders.

It's in my nature to poke around, but I don't do it for your benefit, just mine.
