This info is available on the web along with a similar filing for Veltex, but VLVT cancelled when they bought MM which is covered by All Coast. I've not posted in the past because it would've likely confused and been doubted by the board.

For example, VLVT was going to use the same agents of process as AC (companies that provide contact people in each state where AC does business in case legal papers need to be served - there's about 12 firms that make these services available). But what would've tortured the doubters would be to see that no insurance was listed for VLVT as being on file and that the application was not completed and thus dismissed. Again, the reason being that AC takes care of this stuff as has been known for some time.

As I've found, educated questions are/were answerable with some phone calls to the correct parties. That's why some here have loaded up on VLVT already, and others will only after the audit and probably above $0.10 - which is fine too, just less profitable... All just my humble opinion, of course.
