HELP!!!

I am trying to open a brokerage account with a DWAC transfer of 1500000 shares do TECO, Treaty Enargy.  This is an OTC BB fully reporting stock. I purchased them via a private placement transaction. These are freely traing shares.

I have not been able to find a broker who will accept the shares.

Anyone have any ideas?

I have tried TDA,ETRADE,FIDELITY,SCOTT,and a few other
