I had a phone conversation with Keith the night before the merger was announced. It was during evening hours, and I believe the only reason he could talk to me was because it was after market, and the announcement was coming the next morning. He did not give many any specifics, of course, and could not, only that we do have another partner coming. He also said that the product is completely ready.
My takeback is that Keith greatly cares about the investors, and his own cred is on the line here. (yes, I'm setting myself up for gunfire on that one, wait til get my body armour on please). However, he is going to do the business end on his terms, and is simply not able to answer every question we fire at him.
He also told me, --- since I asked specifically-- that Justin Bieber is still on board. The timing of his promotion was logistically not immediate. We can all understand the timing, I would think, now we know about the merger.
Regarding this merger. Please everyone, just be patient a few more days. We know that the merger is scheduled for the 12th, which is a Sunday, so that probably means Monday, just a guess. Now, legally a company has several days in which to get an 8K filed following a merger/acquisition. Any lawyers out there? I think it is 4 or 5 days following the transaction. SO, IF WE DO NOT GET NEWS IMMEDIATLEY ON MONDAY, OR TUESDAY, OR WEDNESDAY , hang in there.
It would be great if we get some news Monday or early next week, but is possible it will be more like mid-week or so.
I was also reminded on the phone call, that the principals have personally invested in this company. I'm not sure about the Illume executives.
We have come this far guys. I understand the disappointment and frustration, I'm totally there with you. You need to wait a few more days, and don't freak out if it is not Monday.
