I think to suggest that "someone" missed revenue projections of $8 million to only have $14,500 in revenues from a trade show in July would be a very weak defense.

The difference between actual revenues and projected revenues is like jumping over a crack and jumping over the Grand Canyon.

$8 million in projected revenues
Versus
$14,600 in actual revenues

Is certainly not someone who "missed" projections.

Let's assume that the websites in question which aren't loading at this time that the companies are having server problems.

Was LeClerc actually interviewed for the website?

I notice the name was Le Clerc and not LeClerc. Seems to be the name Chris was used and not Christopher.

We all know to well about fake announcements by someone claiming to be LeClerc.

Was this article created to foster the campaign?

No one really knows.

Reminds me of the Bush's Beans commercial...

Do those who are paid to promote a campaign have a responsibility to verify significant facts?

The statement by the paid promoter:

"FBCD - 4M market cap with 8 million revenues!!!"

is presented as a fact and not as an opinion or a projection.

Let's not all forget the fact that the required disclaimers were not included in the paid FBCD week.

Defense argument appears weak. At this time, the responsibility lies with the paid promotors.
