The replies are always the same from those who are pushing the stock the hardest. I've commented on this stock for years on the Yahoo board. I've heard all the "positives" about Ants over the past couple of days. Unfortunately you are quoting "news" from the last two years as the stock has fallen from 2 to below a penny.
Hey, it's your money. But to characterize the major shareholder, Zdansky, as a huge insider who must know the value of this company is overstating the obvious. He was duped just like a lot of people on this board are being duped right now. And perhaps he could use the tax loss as well.
Show me any proof that this company has good revenues or makes any money. The only thing this company is good at is issuing shares and now even the guy that orchestrated this whole mess has moved on.
