BPAX is just getting warmed up! It's price remains artificially deflated by out-of-control domino stop-loss triggers and resulting panic selling back on December 14-15th. BPAX is inherently worth a lot more than its current PPS suggests... worth, e.g., $1.50+ per share, IMHO.
