If, yes if, the present financing does not go through? What then ?

Should management not seek, normal financing?
Its quick, its not toxic, not any more than whats offered right now , especially with the share structure given to the finder of financing and to the financier?

Honestly, its no different that whats on the table right now?
Has anyone not read the present agreement?
Sound like typical financing to me,, with interest, shares, and rights to call some of the shots, in leading the company....
