Expectations to XsunX the month of February 2012.

XsunX is expected to post a new update on the assembly progress anytime now. In the mean time see and study their homepage http://www.xsunx.com

The coming progress update is expected to cover

Technical aspects such as:

- Progress on the support frame of the production unit and the welding of the components.
According to update letter of 01/09/2012 the goal was to complete the final welding of these items within Friday, January 27, 2012. However creating a new “animal” may require more time and efforts than anticipated.
-the progress of the bench testing, and
-the progress of load testing and how the conveyors fit in the support frame:
According to update letter of 01/09/2012 the goal was to start with these testings within week 3.
-status of cooling system fabrication:
This system was mentioned in the update of 01/18/2012 as the next area of fabrication. Without it being explicitly said, one may assume production will start as soon as the system has been attached to its support frame. The attaching work was planned to begin in week 4 with no indication of goal for completion.

Stockholders and potential investors, as well as customers are waiting in suspension to see the coming update.

However there are other subsequent aspects which of course are of vital interest to us shareholders and potential investors such as:

Commercial aspects:
- Status of Korea company development.
- Status of contracts with parties which were willing to wait for CIGS.
- Status of applications for patents, when they were filed and for which technology, with subsequent progress of application. Have they been approved for publication? Are there any objections from third parties – potential patent conflicts?
- Status of what innovative ideas they have for going forward
- How close are we to a sale and how many more milestones are needed to get the greenback released?
- What is the path going forward? At what level/stage will the company assume active selling
a finished product and focus mainly upon achieving sales?

Then may be these items should be included:
- What is the status of drafting a royalty contract with legal advice?
- What is the status of defining the price level XsunX is aiming at?
- What is the status of defining marketing target; strategic definition of who they seek to enter into contracts with?
- What is the status of creating a marketing plan?
- When will product launch tentatively take place?

One would appreciate the work load and pressure which is on the small XsunX team in its effort to get the prototype production tool up and running. When that has been achieved we shall hopefully learn more about the commercial aspects.
