Kidinsight/Pennstreet/ Mrs. Pennstreet,

"Sure sounds like a claim that the ex CE would have loved to say Cdex is a scam."

Nope, but if it was me in his postion, I would have wanted CDEx to think that way. At the end of the day, what he wanted was the money owed to him by CDEx.

Yet, did he resign from the scam he worked at? Just how long did this ex CE endorse Cdex with his Engineering skills while endorsing his name to the checks that PPers allowed him to get?"

The ex CE worked for CDEx providing engineering expertise for a fee, that does not mean he "endorsed" the company. How long did he work there? My guess is until CDEx failed to pay his salary or compensate him in a satisfactory manner.

"Why would an educated ex Chief Engineer get on a Public board apply heat to get Cdex to pay him?"

Gee, that's a tough one. Maybe because CDEX had already failed to pay him (and other employees) in the past so he was concerned that they might not pay on time come February 1st.

"He was paid promptly? Because Cdex was getting nervous about his public innuendos about the company he was doing the Engineering for? This is "NICELY DONE", really?"

I don't know whether he was paid promptly or not, however, that's what I "suspect" if YOU claim CDEx is no longer a scam and they don't want to antagonize their ex Chief Engineer- a very reasonable conclusion.
