Beneficiaries will be enrolled on the iAPT (Ixion Applied Psychology and Technology) pathway and given access to MyWorkSearch. Advisers across the District will be given access to this customised iAPT delivery model. The iAPT delivery model is an outcome-focused tool delivering integrated talking therapies, to give total support including advice on employment and skills, debt, housing and relationships. The tool provides direct delivery of 18 hours of Positive Psychological training to young people.
