Ticker Change from January 2012 SHM

Hopefully they actually submitted which I believe they did have not heard it myself so can't say they did.

ERIC. Question is, “Is there a timeframe for the planned ticker change?” I – it’s been our previous statement that as soon as Hogan & Taylor gives us the signed-off audits that we will make that application. Oh, I’m sorry, ticker change. You’re – ticker change is different. I thought you meant the uplist application. We’ll do the uplist application as soon as the audits are done. Ticker change. We have already made our application. As you know, or as most people know, the corporation has already been changed from Target Development Group, Inc. to Hannover House, Inc. and there’s an additional series of documents that FINRA requires to change the ticker symbol and the CUSIP number. I don’t know what – I really have never done it before – I don’t know the timeframe of the process. I was on the phone with a FINRA person yesterday and I said, “What is the timeframe for this?” Of course I was on the phone for a different matter, but they did say that it’s not an instantaneous matter to change the ticker symbol.

FRED. I think all we can say is that we’re moving forward with it expeditiously. It’s not entirely in our court as to the timing of that but to the extent that it is, we’re doing everything on a timely basis and we look forward to that change.
