I love that some people describe talking with a lawyer as huge news. Kind of like going to the office on a Friday afternoon and finding nobody there.
Face it, no filings since since November. The website hasn't been updated since 2010 which for a software company with "cutting edge" technology is death, CEO has moved on after deviously writing a blog that encouraged everyone to buy while he was selling, CEO awarding himself a doubling of salary and tons of free options in 2010 while the company was losing boatloads of money, misleading the public in believing that IBM was the savior when in fact IBM tested the product, found tons of bugs, and Ants couldn't fix them....and then Ants failed to disclose that information to its shareholders...ask all the software engineers who got laid off by Ants and never got paid on their vacation pay accruals. This company is trading at a penny for a reason. As far as I'm concerned it's a shell company that has no value.
When you guys speak of doing your due diligence I have to shake my head in digust. It's sad that this is what some people have to resort to earn money. You'd be better off a screenwriter for Hollywood.
