Alas, you are right mrholty. Even without the god like powers the FDIC has one must remember that El Banco is dealing with the government and if they decide to drag this thing on for years then nothing or no one might be able to stop them.

Our hope lies in the way the banks legal team has chosen to fight. If it works out we may see a settlement way sooner than years. If not, I guess we will eventually be looked upon as the best tippers in an old age home.
