Now, do you feel that Lawrence has done a capable and creditable job over the past three to four years? Do you feel that the job could have been done better by someone with more experience and contacts? Why do you feel that way?

I feel lw has done a good job.

With all the failures in the biotech and business world cygx has been able to stay open and advance the tech

Yes we do have a lot of outstanding shares but we do not have a bank breathing down our backs looking for their monthly payment and high interest

If cygx defaulted on a loan from a bank that could be the end of cygx and that could of happened at any time
By issuing ppos you many dilute the stock but you will never have the bank slam the doors close for non-payment

lw has been able to keep cygx operating in this way and keep the doors open

If the stock takes off like we hope the dilution will be a small factor when major players get involved

as for someone doing a better job then lw
there is always someone who can do a better job

a lot of time a big corp will hire a ceo of cfo and pay big and within a year that person is sent packing with a golden parachute so who really knows until that person gets into the job if they can perform
