From a read through of the orders from yesterday - I don't see any reason why the Receiver could not pursue those options Sosa.

Doesn't mean he will do so - but that would seem to fall under the category of 'maximizing creditor and shareholder' value.

We shall see soon enough. In the meantime - although my E-Trade account dollar balance looks really sad right now,... I'm not going anywhere until whatever version of endgame we are heading towards.
