While he/she had previously ripped off many shareholder ( stealing billions shares throu stock options into CPRK/CPRKQ)! Now he wants the shell and a reverse split..why?? so he can scam you more to stuff his/her pocket! NOT GOOD FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS HERE!
