As of June 30, 2010, EIP offered U.S. All Cap Value, U.S. Value, U.S. Smid (small/mid) Cap Value, U.S. Small Cap Value, U.S. Choice, International Small Cap, Global Small Cap, Global Choice, Global Absolute Return, Global Equity Shareholder Yield and Balanced Portfolios products to its clients. EIP earns revenues from managing client accounts under investment advisory and sub-advisory agreements. The fees it earns depend on the type of investment strategy it manages, and are negotiated after consultation with the client based upon additional factors such as amount of assets under management (AUM) and servicing requirements.
