As my first action as assistant, I have emailed the Israeli tabloids of this infamous reverse merger transaction, which hasn't even merited a PR so far.
Now we will see who this Ben Tsur really is, and if he is wanted by authorities! And we may even find out how he was able to run biznesses for 20 years without issueing PR's on important events such as reverse mergers and acquisitions!
And secondly, there might be some belated action on the stock from those Jewish investors who find out about the deal, and who love Israel stocks on the American stock market like TEVA and RDWR.
So then this WGMC turd can go...

The IPO/merger markets must be pretty bad when Frankie Derenzo with his clean WGMC shell has to go all the way to Mexico or Israel to find some freaky foreigner with a few hundred grand and a biz to plug in... after seeing SPEA shell owners get tens of million$ right across town with their clean shell, this has to be a big disappointment after over a year of work getting everything set up as the "next" cleanest shell on the market... probably would have got a better deal sticking it up on ebay.
