I doubt that APS is going to promote this stock...It's not their style to let the cat out of the bag or have anyone buying it up before they make it jump 3-4 hundred percent right before they issue their recommendation. However, I would be ecstatic if they did. Either way, as I said before this type of volume with no news is super rare for this stock.
