Whatever the reason for the Limited Info, the next filing is going to be interesting since it will be the first one since the share cancellation and reducing of AS was announced. We'll find out one way or another what's happened to the share structure.

One of 3 things will occur:

1) The new SS will match the earlier PRs (Yippie!),

2) The SS will still be what it always was (1B A/S) with no cancellations or reduction in A/S (this would destroy Howard's credibility),

3) They don't file at all in an effort to avoid scenario 2 and get nailed with a Stop sign on OTC.
