cant use the Valuation because it has been proven over and over Dr Lehrer is a fraud and has miss valued this company 3 times in the past, going back to the nano days. So the valuation from him is worthless!

Business Model Humm What is that? Lets see all of their partners are owned/shelled or hidden by other worthless pinkie scams, Plagerized content, Twitter/ihub pumping, etc etc.
