You seem to be a very nice guy REED.
And honest too.
But, i guess my concerns are i hope valid.
The way i see it, the present measures taken ot seek FAVORABLE financing, are no different than other financing option.

Like most junior mining companies, its always about the start up capitol needed, to proceed forward.
So having said that, if one takes a look at other junior mining companies, and compares to the present agreement of this so called favorable financing agreement, i see no difference at all.
A. Bonz is wanting monies and is allowing shares to be offered as a trade off.
B. the Terms of the financing comes with interested owed.
C. A finders fee for sttting up the financing arrangement.
D. Long term rights from the financier ot call some shots, and have new board memebers sit in on the board.
