What a joke CT and KP are..

as the judge pointed out
- no business plan....you can thank CT for that...um my plan is to raise more money from investors...duh
- not current with the filings - you can thank KP for that...

But here is the best part - the value of the patent is based on what? Some lame testimony - 100 million and if having gone the claim construction several hundred million? There was nothing that I could tell to substantiate those numbers....

So now a little math....

what kind of multiplier/coefficient is out there that links a forced auction with the fully marketable patent? I am going to guess it's below one. which means butkis
