As per a recent filing, this is the new Executive Offices of Inspired Media Entertainment in Honolulu, Hawaii.

It's a UPS mailing location. All to the good.

However, they do NOT lease office space, just legal business address mail boxes and other related services. THE UPS STORE does not lease office space in their operation, as the company address may lead some to believe:

They may get packages delivered there, or not, as that would only be good if they had a physical business somewhere in the area, or someone from the company lived around the area, but THE UPS STORE also has a mail forwarding service.
