Of course I am trying to understand the business plan. Yes I am relatively new to this company. I am very old to steam technology. There is nothing new about the Cyclone engine in it's basic design. It employs flash steam, Carnot, radial engine, fuel jetting in a unique combination and that is the "genius" of it. It is not really "NEW TECHNOLOGY" per se. It is however a "silver bullet" due to highly sensitive testing apparatus that gives us positive comparisons to other engines.
Now as to the article you ask me to look at. I did. Many of the military research projects only create products that are specific to military application. These are two Collage Professors offering an opinion to keep the grant pipeline full even in a debt ridden government. As is always the case there is some factual statements peppered in the mostly opinion.
In case you have not picked up on it yet, I do not trust the government along with about 90% of the rest of america.
You cannot justify "shrimp treadmill studies" no matter what.
