A 12,000 square foot facility in San Marcos, California is currently being renovated for this launch. The facility will also serve as the company's west coast offices. Based on this new addition SavWatt's sales forecast for 2012 is $15 million.

Wonder how much this venture is going to cost share holders before that 15 million kicks in

How much will it cost to renovate this space and where will the money come from?

Products will have to be on the shelves so the consumers can purchase them. That would be called a sale something SAVW is not familiar with.
