So, in other words they do not have to file so you do not know if they got paid or not by Vale and this information is hidden from shareholders. How convenient. This is another reason you do not see their filings with the SEC as with many other pink sheet stocks. What I question is are they legit anymor. Also, BVIG is listed as BVIG.pk, which has information with the SEC and BVIG.ob, which has no fiolings since 2010. So how can they uplist to an dormat OB stock? Looks to me they will just be another stinky pinky BVIG and not KATX, which looks at this point like a private company now.
