IMHO the price spike here is in anticipation of the closing of the acquisition of "the decontamination technology licensing and development business of BioCube, Inc. (OTCBB: BICB)"

This is taken from the last PR from ALZM

This is also filed in an 8k released to OTC stating "The various transactions involved in the acquisition are expected to close in the next 30 days." which was posted on January 9 so IMHO I would expect them to release news on the closure of the agreement by the end of the week.
