First off...That PR was dated a year ago (Jan 2011). Second off...It states a "preliminary" agreement has been reached. Says nothing about finalizing the agreement or signing a contract. There also was never any news following this PR to announce anything was finalized in this agreement. There are several other past announcements of deals in the works that have never had any follow-up PRs to confirm they ever finalized into any deals. AVEW has always left the shareholder hanging, to include not providing an update of the Jan 2012 fight's earnings!!! I'm not normally a basher, however, just stating the facts. Yes, I have a large number of shares in this company and no, I don't short them.
