Not according to the mexican federal government
they said bandera has lost

i have and got it professionally translated from spanish to english and it says bandera lost

bandera even knows they are toast
they have not announced anything regarding loss of lawsuit since august 2011
its a breach of their fiduciary duty to not update the public and investors
