What a buying oppurtunity we will have here in the comming days. The bank has unoffically won the case hands down as the govt. cant or wont produce the documents requested.

The reason they cant produce them is because they either dont exist or it will show the goverments dirty bag of tricks they play to seize banks. This appears to be a case where they got caught red handed.

Once the dust settles and a settlement is reached were looking at a minimum of 5.00 per share as I'll be looking at build a position of 7 to 10 million shares over the comming month and possibly more if the volume allows.
